SGP region elevated latency (~40 min)

A peering issue with our Singapore carrier introduced 600-900ms round-trip latency on inbound render requests. Traffic was shifted to FRA while the carrier repaired the route. No renders lost; meter accuracy unaffected.

BytePlus seedance queue backlog (~12 min)

Upstream seedance-2.0 queue spiked past our SLA, adding ~90s to affected jobs. We auto-reweighted to kling and wan pools; backlog cleared on its own. Affected users received second credits proportional to the delay.

Webhook delivery delay (~8 min)

Stripe webhook ingestion lagged behind the receiving queue after a deploy. Ledger entries were written but the wallet UI showed stale balances for ~8 minutes. No double-charges, no missed credits.
